Of course we want you to enjoy your Swegway, but sometimes the world isn’t perfect and you may want to return your board. We’ll do what we can to make this easy.
We test all of our stock, and we source high quality boards. But, sometimes things go wrong. If your board has failed for reasons that aren’t related to your wear and tear, accidents or damage you’ve caused, we’ll repair or replace your board ASAP.
Your warranty begins from the day of delivery and lasts for 365 days. Please keep your order number and your email receipt as proof of purchase.
Just contact us through our website, and we’ll arrange the return of your board for replacement or repair.
Included in Warranty
We cover the battery and drive system. Unless your board arrives broken or damaged, we can’t cover damage to the shell or tyres.
What’s not included:
Damage from crashes or aggressive riding or tricks, water damage, exceeding the weight limit, or any damage caused by the rider. Our boards are tough, but hard use may wear out tyres and the shell. If so, we can help you replace these. Just let us know.
How to Redeem
We’ll usually ask that the item is returned to us, so please use the contact form on our website to arrange for a return. You’ll need to pay for shipping back to us, but we’ll fix or replace it for free, and ship it for free back to you.
Changed your mind?
You’re covered under Distance Selling regulations for a 14-day cooling off period. This starts the day you receive your board. If you’ve changed your mind, just contact us to arrange a return. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Received a Damaged or Faulty Board?
Sorry! Our Bad, and we’ll fix it. Let us know quickly – within 14 days – and we’ll arrange for the board to be shipped back to us at no cost to you. Please do not attempt to fix or repair the board yourself.
Board not Received
If you’ve not received your board after a few days, let us know ASAP! We’ll make sure you get it quickly.
How to initiate a return
If you’re not happy with your board, you can return it to us within 30 days by contacting us first.
We’ll arrange for either a replacement for a refund. We will pay the refund within 30 days after the day: you notified us to cancel your order, where you have not received the goods (and the goods have not been dispatched to you) or where we have agreed to collect the goods; or we receive the goods you returned to us or you provide us with a proof of return for the goods, where you have returned the goods but we have not yet received them.
